We spent Christmas at this lovely alpine retreat and were impressed with the warmth of the staff and their eagerness to help us with any request. the room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and a private bath complete with lush towels. the views from our room were breathtaking, with snow-capped mountains and a verdant valley below.
The internet was spotty in some areas of the hotel. the breakfast buffet could have had more variety, as we found ourselves eating the same things every day.

Location is great, a very practical & beautiful spot. Rooms were clean & cozy even though the heating system is a bit old fashioned. The view, especially in winter, is simply breathtaking.
We felt ignored by the staff upon our arrival, we weren't even asked if we would like a hot tea or a drink. We had to search for someone to get a pair of extra towels.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the Tyrolean villages. The staff was incredibly welcoming, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a lovely balcony with stunning views of the hillside. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with tidy and nice furniture. The hotel's restaurant served delicious local cuisine, allowing me to truly experience the flavors of the region. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits, pastries, and excellent cappuccinos.
Everything was perfect, couldn't ask for more!
